How do I access the correct PCI questionnaire?

  1. Log in to your PCI Central account.

  2. Depending on the date your current certificate expires, you will see one of the two following options. Click on the button signaled by the red arrow.

  3. Introduction: Click Next.

  4. Enter Your Merchant Type: Select the option that best represents your business.

    Click on “Legal Services and Attorneys” and then click Next.
  5. Select Your Processing Method: Select the first option for Secure Online Payments and click Next.

  6. Secure Online Payments: Click the circle next to the Outsourced option on the screen and click Next.

  7. PCI will now ask you if you would like to add another processing method. Select No, Finished adding processing methods.

  8. Does your business electronically store credit card numbers: By using AffiniPay, your firm does NOT store credit card numbers. Select No and click Next.

  9. Eligibility: By using AffiniPay payment pages, you qualify to answer the shortest version of the PCI questionnaire. Select Yes and click Next.

  10. In order to become compliant, you will need to complete questions 1-22 of SAQ-A. Click here to view a step-by-step guide of SAQ-A.
